Job summary

D.O.M. magazine in Doral, FL is seeking an Aircraft Component Quality Inspector to ensure incoming parts meet QMS standards and maintain inventory accuracy.

You will perform visual inspections, verify documentation, manage data in our system, and support ESD requirements. Aviation experience and ability to interpret conformance certificates are essential. This is a 90-day contract-to-hire onsite role with competitive pay.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections of incoming parts and materials.
• Inspect and identify material and documentation per orders, noting non-conformances.
• Review attributes, quantity, and records for release.
• Enter, verify, and validate data in the database.
• Comply with ESD requirements when receiving ESD material.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance on improvement projects.
• Interpret certificates of conformance and quality manuals.
• Trace materials to a certified source or manufacturer.
• Understand airworthiness release documentation (FAA 8130, EASA forms).
• Work onsite at the Doral, FL location.

Job Title: Aircraft Component Quality InspectorJob DescriptionJoin a dynamic distribution center focused on aircraft parts, where we operate an online platform similar to Amazon but for aviation. As a Quality Inspector, you will play a crucial role in maintaining quality control and inventory maintenance at different stages. Your primary responsibility is to ensure all incoming materials and related paperwork adhere to our Quality Management System (QMS) standards.Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections of incoming parts and materials.
• Inspect and identify material and related documentation as prescribed by purchase/repair orders, highlighting any non-conformance or omissions.
• Review physical attributes, quantity, and records for release.
• Enter, verify, and validate data accuracy in the database.
• Comply with electrostatic discharge (ESD) requirements when receiving ESD material.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance department on continuous improvement projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Experience in aviation parts inspection.
• Familiarity with interpreting Certificates of Conformance and Quality Manuals
• Knowledge of Dimensions and Tolerances
• Knowledge in trace documentation and the ability to trace materials back to a certified source or manufacturer.
• Understanding of airworthiness release documentation (FAA 8130, EASA Form, etc.).
• Ability to interpret manuals containing dimensions and tolerances.
• Aviation experience is a hard requirement.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
