Job summary

ERMC is seeking an Airport Cabin Lead to supervise a cleaning team for aircraft interiors at MSP. You will manage cabin cleaning, lavatories, restock supplies, and maintain equipment to ensure on-time departures. This role supports safety, adheres to Unifi policies, and requires credentials per airport/state rules.

The position requires lifting, rotating shifts, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. It offers full-time hours and comprehensive benefits through ERMC.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
• Possess a Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of cabin cleaning agents.
• Carry cleaning equipment and supplies to service the aircraft.
• Clean seats, floors, tray tables, galleys and dispose of trash in designated dumpsters.
• Clean aircraft lavatories and empty waste receptacles.
• Restock magazines, food, beverages, liquor, and other supplies aboard the aircraft.
• Perform aircraft security inspection.
• Load supplies onto cabin service truck and return to designated area.
• Keep cabin services supply room organized and ensure adequate supply of items needed to service aircraft.
• Monitors and enforces safe working conditions in accordance with regulatory requirements, Unifi policies and safety procedures, and all applicable laws.
• Promotes and adheres to policies concerning Safety, Anti-Harassment and Equal Employment Opportunity.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards
• Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.
