Job summary

ERMC Aviation LLC is seeking a Cabin Lead to oversee cabin service agents, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of cleaning and servicing of aircraft interiors, including cabin, cockpit, galleys and lavatories.

You will prepare the cabin for boarding, inspect seating and compartments, assist Ramp agents after cleaning, perform FOD walks, marshal aircraft during arrivals and departures, and verify ground equipment readiness.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Ability to work in extreme conditions (hot/cold) and small spaces.
• Eligible for security clearance after satisfactory background check.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.
• Some shifts may require extended hours and heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assign activities of cabin service agents and ensure completion of tasks.
• Clean and service aircraft interiors, including cabin, cockpit, galleys, and lavatories.
• Prepare the cabin for boarding and departure, including cleaning seats, pockets, floors and galleys.
• Inspect and handle cabin furnishings and supplies per detailed specifications to ensure cleanliness.
• Assist Ramp agents after cabin cleaning is complete.
• Perform FOD walks in the ramp area between flights.
• Marshal aircraft during arrivals and departures.
• Ensure ground equipment is available in the ramp area and bag room for upcoming flights.
• Read and interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous materials labels, loading manifest, and baggage routing tags.
• Perform other related duties within the skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.
