Job summary

Ermc in Minneapolis seeks a Lav/Water Supervisor to oversee cabin operations on multiple shifts. Responsibilities include cleaning and servicing aircraft interiors, preparing cabins for boarding, and coordinating with ramp staff to ensure timely departures.

The role requires 4+ years of relevant experience, the ability to work in extreme conditions, and a valid driver's license. Background checks are required and the job is Full Time on site at MSP.

Qualifications

• Four+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work in extreme conditions, hot or cold.
• Eligible to pass a criminal background check.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Shifts may require extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates daily activities of employees to ensure safe and effective operations.
• Cleaning and servicing of aircraft interiors, including cabin, cockpit, galleys, and lavatories.
• Prepare cabin for Customer boarding and departure, including cleaning of seats and galleys.
• Handle cabin furnishings and supplies per specifications; maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Assist Ramp agents when Cabin Cleaning is complete.
• Performs FOD walks in ramp area between flights.
• Ensure ground equipment is available for upcoming flights.
• Read and interpret loading instructions, hazardous materials labels, and baggage routing tags.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
