Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, technical certification, military training, or equivalent experience in Aviation Maintenance Technology, Avionics Technology, Aerospace Technology, Electronics, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, inspecting, or testing aircraft systems, avionics equipment, or related aerospace technologies.
• Knowledge of aircraft electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, communication, navigation, and flight control systems.
• Experience using diagnostic equipment, maintenance tools, technical manuals, wiring diagrams, schematics, and aircraft maintenance documentation.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve aircraft and avionics system malfunctions while ensuring compliance with safety and operational requirements.
• Experience performing preventive maintenance, system inspections, repairs, modifications, and functional testing on aircraft and associated equipment.
• Familiarity with aviation regulations, maintenance procedures, quality assurance standards, and industry best practices.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with a commitment to safety, accuracy, and mission readiness.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with maintenance personnel, engineers, operations teams, and other technical stakeholders.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required government security clearances.
