Job summary

Bombardier is seeking an Avionics and Electronics Technician for our Hartford Service Center. You will troubleshoot, repair, inspect and service aircraft avionics and electrical systems, following manuals and safety regulations.

The role requires at least 2 years in electrical avionics, ability to read schematics, and ownership of basic hand tools. GROL/AET certification may be required by customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in electrical avionics troubleshooting and repair.
• Ability to read and understand electrical engineering drawings.
• Own a basic set of hand tools and manage tool inventory.
• GROL or AET certification may be required by customer.
• Possess/obtain SIDA badge if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, modify and service aircraft avionics, electrical and electronic equipment.
• Perform work per manuals and regulations and document findings.
• Operate ground support equipment as needed.
• Assist with off-site maintenance tasks as required.
