Job summary

Cirrus Aircraft is seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams across Aftermarket Upgrades & Accessories, aircraft program launches, and sustaining engineering efforts. You will manage scope, resources, and timelines while aligning with Cirrus’ strategic goals and customer-focused outcomes.

The role requires guiding multiple initiatives, driving feasibility studies, and delivering executive-level communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Admin, IT, or related field.
• 4–7 years’ experience in project/program management or related supervisory/management role.
• PMP certification or formal education in Project/Program Management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across multiple aircraft platforms to deliver programs on time and within budget.
• Manage issues, risks, and change requests; provide status and executive updates.
• Coordinate with Innovation & Operations and Customer Experience teams to align with business goals.
