Job summary

Contour Airlines in Smyrna, TN is seeking an Aircraft Accessories Technician to perform overhauls or repairs on airframe components and to assist with inspection and troubleshooting. You will join a safety-focused team, work with Excel and tracking systems, and follow regulatory requirements.

This full-time role offers competitive pay starting at $26–$36 per hour, with annual increases and a potential $2,000 retention bonus.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to travel in and out of the United States.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, inventory software, and tracking systems.
• Prior experience with Component Controls Quantum software preferred.
• Able to pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen and FAA random tests.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and organizational skills.
• A&P license helpful, but not required.
• Adhere to OSHA, EPA, state, and federal regulations.

Based on your performance, you are eligible to receive a step increase of $1.00 each year based on your pay anniversary date until you reach $41.00. Once you have reached the maximum pay rate, you are eligible to receive a retention bonus of up to $2,000.00 each year.• When you work in excess of 40 hours within the pay period, you are eligible for overtime which is paid at 1.5 times your hourly rate.• When you work on a Contour Airlines observed holiday, you are eligible to receive holiday pay which is paid at 2 times your hourly rate.
