Job summary

SUGARED + BRONZED LLC is seeking an Airbrush Technician to join a fast-paced, high-volume team in PA. You’ll learn our tanning technique through paid training and help clients feel bronzed and confident for vacations, weddings, and events.

You’ll work in a welcoming space with a strong focus on service, with 7-hour shifts, part-time or full-time options, competitive hourly pay, bonuses, commissions, and benefits as you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Airbrush Technicians must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong commitment to delivering an excellent client experience.
• Airbrush makeup or airbrush tanning experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods while repeatedly squatting or bending.
• Ability to hold an airbrush tanning gun upright for 20 or more minutes at a time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform airbrush tanning services.
• Greet, check in, and check out clients with our appointment booking system.
• Learn and maintain strong knowledge of S+B services, memberships, and product lines.
• Educate clients on the tanning process, formulas, and before and after service care.
• Maintain cleanliness of the lobby and tanning rooms and restock supplies.
• Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services.
