Job summary

SUGARED + BRONZED in Pennsylvania is seeking Airbrush Technicians to deliver bronzed results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You’ll receive paid training and learn our techniques before serving clients preparing for vacations, weddings, or events.

We offer flexible scheduling (7-hour shifts, PT/FT), competitive hourly pay plus gratuity, quarterly bonuses, commissions on memberships, product discounts, 401(k) matching, and healthcare for full-time staff working 130 hours/month.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong commitment to delivering an excellent client experience.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and operate an airbrush gun upright.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Airbrush makeup or tanning experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform airbrush tanning services.
• Greet, check in, and check out clients with our booking system.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of S+B services, memberships, and products.
• Educate clients on the tanning process, formulas, and care.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby and rooms and restock supplies.
• Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments.
