Job summary

SUGARED + BRONZED LLC in the DMV/DC area is hiring Airbrush Technicians to deliver an exceptional client experience. You will join a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with paid training and opportunities to grow as new locations open.

The role supports tanning and sugaring services, with flexible 7-hour shifts, part-time or full-time options, and compensation that includes hourly pay, gratuity, and quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong commitment to delivering an excellent client experience.
• Airbrush makeup or tanning experience is a plus, not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle a tanning gun upright for 20+ minutes.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check in, and check out clients using the booking system.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of services, memberships, and products.
• Educate clients on the tanning process, formulas, and care.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby and rooms; restock supplies.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

Our Airbrush Technicians help our clients feel bronzed and confident. You will learn everything you need through paid training and work in a fast paced, high volume environment. You will connect with clients who are tanning for vacations, weddings, and special events. At the heart of it all, each store operates like a supportive, tight knit team focused on delivering an exceptional client experience.

SPRAYER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet, check in, and check out clients with our appointment booking system.
• Learn and maintain strong knowledge of S+B services, memberships, and product lines.
• Educate clients on the tanning process, formulas, and before and after service care.
• Maintain cleanliness of the lobby and tanning rooms and restock supplies.
• Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services.

REQUIREMENTS

• Airbrush Technicians must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong commitment to delivering an excellent client experience.
• Airbrush makeup or airbrush tanning experience is a plus, but not required.
• Services require the ability to stand for extended periods while repeatedly squatting or bending.
• Ability to hold an airbrush tanning gun upright for 20 or more minutes at a time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The pay range for this role is:

17.05 - 45 USD per hour (DMV - DC - Georgetown)

17.05 - 45 USD per hour (DMV - DC - Logan Circle)

17.05 - 45 USD per hour (MD - DMV - Bethesda)
