SUGARED + BRONZED LLC is redefining airbrush tanning with a proprietary solution and an all-natural sugaring method. We promote a vibrant, welcoming space where clients leave feeling bronzed and confident.

As a team member, you will receive paid training, work in a fast-paced environment, and have opportunities for growth as we expand new locations. Part-time and full-time shifts are available, with competitive hourly pay, bonuses, commissions, and product discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong commitment to delivering an excellent client experience.
• Airbrush makeup or airbrush tanning experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and repeatedly squat or bend.
• Ability to hold an airbrush tanning gun upright for 20+ minutes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check in, and check out clients with our appointment system.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of S+B services, memberships, and product lines.
• Educate clients on the tanning process, formulas, and before/after care.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby and tanning rooms and restock supplies.
• Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

Our Airbrush Technicians help our clients feel bronzed and confident. You will learn everything you need through paid training and work in a fast paced, high volume environment. You will connect with clients who are tanning for vacations, weddings, and special events. At the heart of it all, each store operates like a supportive, tight knit team focused on delivering an exceptional client experience.

SPRAYER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet, check in, and check out clients with our appointment booking system.

REQUIREMENTS

The pay range for this role is:

17.05 - 45 USD per hour (DMV - DC - Georgetown)

17.05 - 45 USD per hour (DMV - DC - Logan Circle)

17.05 - 45 USD per hour (MD - DMV - Bethesda)
