SUGARED + BRONZED LLC is recruiting Airbrush Technicians to deliver exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. You will undergo paid training, work 7-hour shifts with part-time and full-time options, and engage clients preparing for vacations, weddings, and events.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong commitment to delivering an excellent client experience.
• Airbrush makeup or airbrush tanning experience is a plus, but not required.
• Able to stand for extended periods and operate an airbrush gun for 20+ minutes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check in, and check out clients with our appointment system.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of S+B services, memberships, and products.
• Educate clients on tanning process, formulas, and aftercare.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby and tanning rooms; restock supplies.
• Respond to client emails and texts regarding appointments and services.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

Our Airbrush Technicians help our clients feel bronzed and confident. You will learn everything you need through paid training and work in a fast paced, high volume environment. You will connect with clients who are tanning for vacations, weddings, and special events. At the heart of it all, each store operates like a supportive, tight knit team focused on delivering an exceptional client experience.

SPRAYER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet, check in, and check out clients with our appointment booking system.
• Learn and maintain strong knowledge of S+B services, memberships, and product lines.
• Educate clients on the tanning process, formulas, and before and after service care.
• Maintain cleanliness of the lobby and tanning rooms and restock supplies.
• Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services.

REQUIREMENTS

• Airbrush Technicians must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong commitment to delivering an excellent client experience.
• Airbrush makeup or airbrush tanning experience is a plus, but not required.
• Services require the ability to stand for extended periods while repeatedly squatting or bending.
• Ability to hold an airbrush tanning gun upright for 20 or more minutes at a time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• 17.81 - 45 USD per hour (CA - OC - Long Beach)
• 17.05 - 45 USD per hour (CA - OC - Huntington Beach)
