Job summary

Reva, Inc. is seeking an experienced flight paramedic to evaluate, coordinate, and deliver medical care during transport.

The role requires readiness within 45 minutes of call and adherence to transport team scope and state regulations. You will work with pilots and medical staff to ensure continuous, high-quality care from pre-flight to post-flight, including documentation and equipment management.

Qualifications

• Certified Critical Care Paramedic with FP-C or CCEMT-P preferred.
• Active PA state license or equivalent.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and PHTLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform head-to-toe patient assessments and document findings.
• Coordinate transport care with flight crew and facility staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, medical records safety, and proper medication handling.
• Maintain equipment readiness and supply chain for each flight.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to Flight Coordinator.
