Position Overview

The customer success manager will develop customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty by ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes using Airbase's products or services. This role involves managing relationships with key decision-makers and executives, identifying best practices, and increasing product utilization to foster long-term success. The manager will also generate Customer Success Qualified Leads (CSQLs) and advocate for customer needs.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic partner to customers within your assigned book of business.
  • Engage proactively through QBRs and other touchpoints to drive product adoption, share best practices, and demonstrate value.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with the Account Manager to maximize revenue.
  • Gather and relay product feedback to internal teams to influence product development.
  • Develop strategies for product adoption aligned with customer goals.
  • Identify product gaps and customer needs within your portfolio.
  • Become an expert on Airbase products to advise customers effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of customer success experience in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably mid-market or enterprise.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Experience managing revenue-based quotas.
  • Proven success in delivering high-quality QBRs to leadership teams.
  • Ability to handle escalations and coordinate feedback with product teams.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Office of the CFO applications and basic finance knowledge is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CS tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong, etc., is preferred.

Additional Information
