Job summary

Torch Technologies seeks a General Engineer to support the Air Vehicle team within the System Program Office (SPO). You will review vendor change notices, assess airworthiness, and provide verification strategies across FCA and SVR, ensuring design changes meet performance requirements.

The role requires US citizenship, a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering, and at least 3 years of relevant experience, plus active secret DoD clearance with eligibility for Top Secret.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Active Secret DoD security clearance, eligible for Top Secret DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Review vendor change notices, corrective actions, and design changes.
• Assess airworthiness, system integration, and design verification events.
• Provide verification methods and data collection for FCA/SVR.
• Communicate concerns and engineering recommendations to leadership for on-time program execution.
• Support Air Vehicle IPT meetings and vary review boards as needed.
