We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Engineer to join our team in Windsor Locks, CT. In this role, you will serve as the "IPD Team Lead," ensuring all technical, financial, and programmatic elements are aligned to bring cutting-edge products to life. You will lead an Integrated Project Discipline (IPD) team to design, develop, test, and validate jet engine pneumatic valves for commercial and military aircraft or rotorcrafts.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading requirements management, design, and development of components.
  • Collaborating with multifunctional teams to meet requirements and milestones.
  • Managing project resources, budgets, and scope as the Cost Account Manager (CAM).
  • Overseeing testing, validation, and certification processes.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and at least 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in aerospace or defense project engineering.
  • Proficiency in technical documentation and project management tools.
