• Provides direct supervision to the Operations Managers at the facility.

Responsibilities

• Provides training, coaching and guidance to subordinates and facilitates team building.
• Reviews work progress to ensure alignment with FAA mission and customers' needs.
• Participates in accident investigations and incidents as directed by higher authority.
