Duct Dudes is hiring an Air Systems Cleaning Specialist to complete vent and duct cleaning projects in and around the greater Vancouver area. The role requires travel, on-site service, and strong customer interaction. Expect a full-time schedule with Monday through Saturday availability.

Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 per year plus benefits, training, and a company vehicle. Valid license and reliable transport are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Class 5 driving license with a clean driving record.
• Bondable and reliable with a professional appearance.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Sales experience helpful and valued.

Responsibilities

• Follow schedule and document job details in the CRM, including before/after photos.
• Transport tools and equipment to duct cleaning projects in the Vancouver area.
• Adhere to cleaning procedures per training materials and manuals.
• Assist with payments onsite and offer additional services when appropriate.

As An Air Systems Cleaning Specialist, You Will

• Follow our schedule and input customer and Jobsite details in our customer management system, including before and after pictures of our work
• Transport tools & equipment to and from duct cleaning projects in and around the greater Vancouver area to perform your duties
• Follow and adhere to our excellent cleaning procedures that you are instructed in our training program & documented in our manuals
• Cleaning and reporting inventory in your assigned truck weekly
• Reporting Jobsite and customer information in our customer management system
• Processing and completing payment onsite with our customers
• Offering additional services and solutions when onsite with our customers
• Drive positive customer reviews and referrals by building rapport and trust with our customer
