UPS in Anchorage is seeking a competent Ramp Supervisor who will supervise, train, and develop ramp employees, maintaining safety, productivity, and attendance standards.

You will lead a team, manage resources for accuracy and efficiency, and foster a positive, proactive work environment with cross-department cooperation. This role requires hands-on leadership, safety training, and ongoing coaching to grow the operation.

Competenze

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs / 32 kgs.
• Flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
