Job summary

ASRC Industrial is seeking a motivated Project Manager to join their EQM division in Cincinnati. You will lead air quality projects, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and prepare permit applications for Title V/PSD and state permits.

Responsibilities include regulatory analyses, emission calculations, and coordinating engineers, scientists, and contractors while supporting client relations and business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Environmental Science.
• 5-8 years of air permitting and regulatory compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state air regulations (Title V, NSR/PSD, NSPS, NESHAP/MACT).
• Experience managing projects, budgets and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple air quality projects from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Prepare and oversee development of air permit applications (Title V, New Source Review/PSD, state-level permits).
• Develop and review technical documents, including emission calculations and compliance plans.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support business development and client interactions, including proposals.
