Qualifications

• B.S./M.S./Ph.D. in Engineering or Environmental Sciences or related discipline.
• 15+ years of related air science experience in consulting environments.
• Ability to interpret environmental regulations and apply them to real-world tasks.
• Strong business development and client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue business development opportunities for the Houston office.
• Manage projects, clients, and regulatory agency relations.
• Prepare and review federal/state air permit materials and regulatory determinations.
• Lead and mentor staff; contribute to cross-disciplinary project teams.
• Represent Ramboll in meetings, hearings, and professional groups.
