Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking an Air Quality Permitting and Compliance Intern in Minneapolis, MN to gain hands-on experience with air dispersion analyses, permitting notifications, and compliance documents for industrial clients.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate environmental science, biology, environmental engineering or related program.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-world experience on interesting projects.
• Assist in evaluating air dispersion impacts for air permitting or compliance.
• Help draft air permitting notifications, application forms and compliance documents for industrial clients.
• Engage with recent graduates and leaders through mentoring and young professionals programs.
• Perform other duties as needed.
