Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, or related environmental science field.
• 4+ years of experience in air quality consulting or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of air quality regulations and permitting.
• Emissions calculations and control technologies.
• Proven experience managing projects, budgets, and client relationships.
• Leadership experience, including mentoring or managing teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant technical tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage air quality permitting and compliance projects for industrial clients.
• Prepare and review air permit applications and regulatory analyses.
• Oversee emissions inventories and fee calculations.
• Conduct dispersion modeling analyses.
• Evaluate regulatory risk and recommend control technologies and compliance strategies.
• Manage and mentor a team of consultants and staff.
• Oversee project budgets, invoicing, and financial performance.
• Provide clear direction and career development support.
• Conduct performance reviews and set development goals.
