Maersk is seeking an Air Import Agent to coordinate international air freight imports from origin to delivery. You will handle documentation, communicate with airlines and brokers, arrange customs clearance and inland transport, and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.

An Air Import Agent is responsible for coordinating and managing international air freight import shipments. This role ensures cargo is moved efficiently from origin to destination while complying with customs regulations, airline requirements, and company procedures. The agent serves as the primary point of contact for customers, airlines, customs brokers, and transportation providers.
Office-based logistics environment with frequent communication via phone and email. May require occasional overtime, early morning, evening, or weekend coverage to support shipment arrivals and customer needs. Frequent interaction with airlines, warehouses, trucking providers, and customs brokers.
Pay Range: $57,000 ($27.40/hr) - $60,000 ($28.85/hr)*
*The stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary and may be adjusted based on market conditions, experience, and location. Final compensation will be discussed directly with the selected candidate(s) in compliance with all applicable laws.
