Qualifications

• This position requires leading a team of 15+ full-time staff.
• Oversees unit flying operations, both in the air and on the ground.
• Develops long-range training and deployment plans for the unit.
• Acts as a key advisor to coordinate flying operations with ANG and agencies.
• Develops and recommends the operations budget for approval.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise all unit flying operations programs in line with Air Force and ANG regulations.
• Coordinate with higher headquarters and external agencies for training and deployment.
• Direct oversight of training, scheduling, and flight management activities.
• Provide guidance on airspace management, airfield operations, and related missions.
• Serve as primary Operations adviser to ensure mission readiness and budget alignment.
