When you work in customer care at Kuehne+Nagel, you are at the center of the customer experience. In this role, you will build strong relationships with assigned customers, take ownership of their day-to-day needs, and work across our Air Logistics teams to keep communication clear and service moving forward.
As an Air Logistics Customer Care Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and take ownership of their experience with Kuehne+Nagel. You will work closely with internal teams to address customer needs, support shipment execution, resolve issues, and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
You are a confident communicator who enjoys working directly with customers and building relationships over time. You are comfortable taking ownership of conversations, asking questions, solving problems, and working across teams to find solutions.

This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position based in Chicago, Illinois, with an annual salary of $65,000. Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
