Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day air import or export shipments.
• Prepare quotes and manage customer service.
• Pre-alert agents and shipper; organize documentation for customers; follow up with steamship lines.
• Arrange pickups, deliveries and container loading.
• Set up billing and payables.
• Maintain daily reports for pending shipments.
• Follow compliance guidelines.
