Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics seeks a Freight Forwarder Air Import to coordinate air imports, manage customs clearance, and arrange final delivery, liaising with airlines, customs agents and trucking partners in a fast-paced global setting.

Requirements include English fluency, knowledge of air freight regulations, and proficiency with MS Office and logistics software; prior freight forwarding experience preferred. This is an at-will role with base pay range in USD per hour.

Responsibilities

• Manage importation of goods by air, including customs clearance and delivery to final destination.
• Coordinate with airlines, customs agents and trucking companies to ensure timely delivery.
• Track shipments and provide updates to customers as needed.
• Prepare and submit required documents for customs clearance (invoices, bills of lading).
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and maintain strong customer relationships.
