Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Systems Security Development Engineer to design, build, and integrate security automation for a classified AI Factory on an air-gapped platform. You will work with infrastructure engineers to embed security from day one across Kubernetes, ONTAP, NVIDIA, Cisco, and Thales.

The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph clearance and US citizenship, with hands-on experience in security tooling, automation, and secure software delivery for RMF authorization.

Qualifications

• Experience with Linux systems administration and automation tooling.
• Scripting in Python or Bash for automation tasks.
• Experience integrating security tooling into infrastructure (SIEM, endpoint, scanning).
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized workloads.

Responsibilities

• Engineer security automation for platform hardening and STIG application.
• Build and maintain log pipelines and telemetry for an air-gapped SIEM.
• Integrate security tooling into the platform stack across multi-vendor COTS stack.
• Develop infrastructure-as-code for security components.
• Support security control implementation and RMF evidence generation.
