Job summary

FNS, INC, based in Ridgefield Park, NJ, seeks a Logistics Coordinator to manage air freight forwarding, inland transportation, and accounting support. The role requires 0–3 years of logistics experience, strong negotiation skills, and bilingual English/Korean proficiency.

You will coordinate shippers, carriers, and consignees, ensure timely documentation, monitor KPIs, and contribute to a collaborative team focused on balance and growth. The position is full-time with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of hands-on logistics operations experience (freight forwarding, carrier management, shipment planning, and tracking).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in logistics systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook), and basic reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is required.

Responsibilities

• Air Freight Forwarding - License & General Cargo: Communicate with shippers, CBP, export carriers, and consignees; Arrange and track pick-up and delivery; Conduct cargo inspections; Issue export documentation; File ACE entries; Monitor and report KPIs; Manage accounting (Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable).
• Inland Transportation Arrangements: Coordinate with shippers and consignees; Issue delivery documentation (e.g., Bill of Lading); Monitor and report KPIs.
• Accounting Responsibilities: Cross-check invoices and statements; Communicate with export carriers to resolve CCAs or discrepancies; Complete CNS documentation for the MIA branch.
• Additional Support / Back-Up: Provide back-up support for the team as requested.

Responsibilities

• Issue delivery documentation (e.g., Bill of Lading).
• Monitor and report KPIs.

Accounting Responsibilities

• Complete and review CNS documentation for the MIA branch.

Additional Support / Back-Up

Pay

The base salary range for this role is between $55,000-$65,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
