Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with logistics software and systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the exportation of goods by air, including scheduling with airlines and managing movement through transportation channels.
• Prepare and process documentation for customs clearance (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading).
• Track and monitor shipments; provide customers with regular status updates.
• Manage relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, including customs and trade laws.
• All other duties as assigned.
