DHL Global Forwarding is seeking an Air Freight Export Supervisor in the United States. The role oversees end-to-end Air Freight Export operations, ensuring quality, profitability, and regulatory compliance across the team.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing customer shipments, and driving KPI performance while coordinating with Sales and other internal groups to improve processes and service levels.

Qualifications

• BA/BS preferred or minimum of 2 years supervisory experience within the logistics/ transportation industry.
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and presentations).
• Demonstrated leadership ability to drive KPIs and mentor staff.

Responsabilités

• Direct and control end-to-end Air Freight Export processes.
• Escalation contact for shipments; manage financials and KPIs.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance for shipments and staff.
• Collaborate with internal customers to improve service and flows.
• Review month-end reports and financials; escalate performance issues.
