Job summary

USKO is seeking an Air Freight Coordinator to support time-critical domestic air freight operations in Independence, MO. This in-office role requires understanding of NFO, airline cutoffs, air bill creation, and solid experience in expedited logistics.

You will manage routing, secure flights, quote NFO jobs, and collaborate with airlines and partners to move shipments with precision and urgency. The role demands strong communication, high urgency mindset, and the ability to multitask.

• Coordinate NFO shipments and time-critical air freight.

• Prepare MAWB/HAWB and documentation.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and airline partners.
• Track shipments from pickup to recovery to final delivery.
• Source capacity using ground and air partners as needed.
• Support quoting, documentation, and proactive customer updates.
• Maintain accurate operational records.

Air Freight Coordinator (NFO / Next Flight Out)

We’re hiring an Air Freight / NFO Coordinator to support our time-critical domestic air freight operations. This in-office role is perfect for someone who understands NFO, airline cutoffs, air bill creation, weight/dims, and time-critical service requirements or someone with strong expedited logistics experience ready to transition into air operations.

You will manage air freight routing, secure flights, quote NFO jobs, work with airlines and partners, and ensure shipments move with precision and urgency.
