Job Description
  • Req#: 22-01394 Prospective candidates for this job will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of the employer and the United States Air Force by providing subject matter expertise in Military Construction (MILCON) Programming Policy and Analysis, Facilities Data Analysis Support Services, and other related tasks.
Task Area 2: Military Construction (MILCON) Programming Policy and Analysis
  • Analyze processes through modeling and simulation tools
  • Employ process improvement reengineering methodologies and principles support
  • Recommend incorporating higher level and outside agency compliance requirements
  • Review, analyze, develop, coordinate, staff, and track “project approval request” packages
  • Develop, coordinate, staff and track Congressional notification packages related to funds available for operation and maintenance
Task Area 16: Facilities Data Analysis Support Services
  • Analyze project data and provide reports to satisfy AF, Department of Defense, and congressional requirements
  • Develop, document and coordinate Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M)
  • Coordinate with other organizations and agencies to request and track updates to POA&Ms and milestones
  • Develop, update, consolidate and distribute slides for the MILCON and FSRM updates and briefings
  • Record and draft meeting minutes for MILCON and FSRM related meetings, summits, and conferences and track action items to completion
Additional Information:
  • Must be a US Citizen who currently possesses a Secret Clearance (preferred) or a candidate who has the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
  • Work is performed based on documented Project Implementation Plans.
  • Familiarity with Agile development processes is preferred.
  • Civil Engineers are excluded from this job description.
  • Employer is responsible for overseeing enterprise-level built and natural infrastructure, safety, occupational health, safety, energy, and water program governance and programmatic documents.
