Job summary

CACI International Inc seeks a Readiness Training Analyst to support HQ AETC A3/6 at Joint Base San Antonio Randolph, TX, delivering training analysis, program management, and curriculum development to advance USAF readiness initiatives.

The role requires 5 years in USAF MAJCOM/HQ staff, 3 years in military training with requirements analysis, planning and resource programming, and an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of Air Force MAJCOM and/or HQ Air Force staff officer experience.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in military training to include requirements analysis, planning, and resource programming.
• Must have working knowledge of USAF Readiness Training.
• Active Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the CACI contract team supporting USAF Headquarters, HQ AETC/A3X in San Antonio, Texas.
• Provide SME for program management support to develop, update, and add to USAF Ready Airman Training.
• Provide technical support to develop and update training requirements and AFF readiness training materials.
• Coordinate with RATC, organize meetings (in-person with Teams option), and track readiness training programs.
