Job summary
Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Defense Mission Expert for the Air Force to bring leadership in workforce analytics, manpower planning, and policy integration on national security projects. You will analyze Air Force manpower structures, advise HQ stakeholders, and translate strategic priorities into actionable workforce plans that sustain readiness at scale.
A TS/SCI clearance and a strong background in defense manpower are preferred.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in defense or military manpower analysis, workforce planning, or human capital strategy
- 8+ years of experience applying enterprise manpower methods for the Air Force
- Experience delivering executive-level advisory support and decision analysis for HQ-level stakeholders
- Knowledge of USAF manpower policies , processes, and tools, including end-to-end requirements development, distribution, and assignment policy integration
- Ability to perform workforce analytics and data-driven approaches to optimize organizational structure, talent pipelines, and readiness outcomes
