Job summary

Reef Systems seeks a Functional Strength Coach to support Holistic Health and Fitness initiatives at Travis AFB, CA 94535. The role focuses on strength, mobility, and mindfulness coaching to prepare Airmen for demanding missions.

The candidate will deliver evidence-based HP programs, require a minimum of two years’ coaching experience, and hold a degree in kinesiology or exercise science along with TSAC-F and CSCS certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience as a practicing strength coach.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Kinesiology or Exercise Science from an accredited college or university.
• Certified as TSAC-F and CSCS by the NSCA.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Holistic Health and Fitness services to Airmen at Travis AFB.
• Develop and implement strength and conditioning programs aligned with HP goals.
• Collaborate with the contractor to meet performance metrics.
