Education Jobs NJ seeks experienced Functional Strength Coaches to support a comprehensive Human Performance program for Air Force personnel. You will design and deliver mission-specific strength and conditioning to improve readiness, endurance, mobility and performance.
Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's in Kinesiology or Exercise Science, two years of strength-coach experience, TSAC-F and CSCS certifications, strong communication, teamwork skills, MS Office proficiency, and US
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Kinesiology or Exercise Science.
- Minimum two years of strength-coach experience.
- TSAC-F and CSCS certifications required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background checks.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver functional strength and conditioning programs.
- Conduct individual and group Human Performance evaluations.
- Design training programs based on unit requirements.
- Lead sessions for personnel with varied occupational demands.
- Provide instruction on exercise and weightlifting techniques.
- Track participant performance and maintain training records.
- Collaborate with Athletic Trainers and unit personnel.
