Kearney & Company is seeking a DEAMS Financial Senior Analyst to join our Dayton, OH team, supporting SAF/FMFO Accounting Policy & Operations. You will analyze AF financial data, perform trend and root-cause analyses, and support day-to-day FM activities, including data validation and training for AF managers.
The role requires 3+ years of AF FM and DEAMS experience, strong Excel/PowerBI skills, and the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret clearance. Travel to various U.S. locations may be required.
Kearney & Company is currently seeking a DEAMS Financial Senior Analyst to join our team in Dayton, OH and various other locations in the U.S. for SAF/FMFO Accounting Policy & Operations. The successful candidate will serve and interact with AF Major Commands along with Space Force Field Commands and bases in support of the day-to-day operations of Financial Management. The candidate will perform analysis and reconciliation of open accounting transaction balances and historical execution associated with all commodities across DAF. Focus will be on performing trend analysis, fall-out analysis, fall-in analysis, and root cause analysis as preventative measures to identify targeted areas to monitor and take corrective measures. They should demonstrate impeccable attention to detail as well as solid functional end-to-end AF Financial Management Accounting or Budget experience. The expected salary range for this position is between $69,000 and $105,000. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
