Job summary

Kearney & Company is seeking an Air Force Senior Data Entry Analyst to join our Dayton, OH team and other U.S. locations for SAF/FMFO Accounting Policy Operations.

You will analyze, reconcile, and correct transactions to resolve discrepancies while interacting with DAF Major Commands and bases. You will navigate AF accounting systems and feeder systems, perform data entry and data correction, and analyze financial data using Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.5 years of AF FM experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience with DoD FM processes and posting accounting entries.
• Ability to brief and communicate with senior leaders and managers.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. secret level security clearance (US Citizenship required).

Responsibilities

• Navigate AF accounting systems and feeder systems for data entry and data correction.
• Analyze financial data using Excel and Power BI.
• Analyze/resolve accounting issues identified by FM customers.
• Provide support to SAF/FMF teams (surge and end-of-year processes).
• Provide targeted assistance to users based on metrics and analysis results.
