Job summary

Kearney & Company is seeking an Air Force Senior Data Entry Analyst in Dayton, OH, and other U.S. locations to support SAF/FMFO Accounting Policy Operations. The role involves data entry, analysis, and reconciliation of AF financial data with Power BI and Excel, serving DAF Major Commands and bases.

Strong communication with senior leaders is essential. The team emphasizes attention to detail and DoD FM experience, with eligibility for a U.S. secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.5 years of AF FM experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Experience in DoD FM processes for posting accounting entries.
• Ability to brief and communicate effectively with senior leaders and managers.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. secret level security clearance (US Citizenship).

Responsibilities

• Navigate AF accounting systems and feeder systems for data entry and correction.
• Analyze financial data using Excel and Power BI.
• Analyze and resolve accounting issues identified by FM customers.
• Support SAF/FMF teams, including surge and end-of-year processes.
• Provide targeted assistance to users based on metrics and analysis results.
