Qualifications

• One to two years of experience in a customer service environment preferred.
• Prefer one to two years handling export trafficking functions.

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Books shipments for international movement from USA.
• Processes MAWB documentation.
• Provides quotes for Air Export movements of cargo.
• Coordinates with 3rd party provider for movement of cargo to airline.
• Uses global knowledge of export requirements for shipments exporting from the USA.
• Communicates daily with core and regional air carriers.
• Keeps payables current and accurate per company policy; completes monthly AR statements.
• Attends regulatory trainings and meetings with Airlines and internal BDP compliance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Job Summary: Organizing and managing the day to day functions of the Air Export Gateways, to meetthe needs of the Company’s customers and provide high rate of return. Accountabilitiesinclude consolidation, internal operational service.

Essential Functions:

• Books shipments for international movement from USA
• Processes MAWB documentation
• Provides quotes for Air Export movements of cargo
• Coordinates with 3rd party provider for movement of cargo to airline
• Uses global knowledge of export requirements for shipments exporting from the USA
• Communicatesdaily with our core and regional air carriers.
• Meets all accounting requirements, keeping our payables current and accurate percompany policy, completes monthly statements for accounts receivable.
• Attends various regulatory training/seminars/meetings with Airlines and internal BDP compliance requirements
• Performs other job-related duties and functions as required.

Job Requirements

• One (1) to two (2) years of experience in a customer service type environment preferred.
• Prefer at least one (1) to two (2) years of experience handling export trafficking functions.
• A college degree is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Good communication and organization skills and a strong attention to detail arerequired.
• The ability to work on a team and leadership experienceis strongly desired.
• Candidate should have the ability to learn various computer programs.
