CEVA Logistics, a global supply chain leader, is seeking an Air Export Customer Service Representative II in Memphis, TN. You will manage high-volume export shipments, coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, and clients to ensure accurate and timely service.

You will handle tracing, quotes, data entry, and documentation in CargoWise, while providing proactive support and resolving issues to maintain customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
  • Two to three years related experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, data entry and basic software applications.

Responsabilités

  • Oversee customer’s freight through tracing and tracking with airlines, trucking companies and agents.
  • Ensure service completion and provide proof of delivery.
  • Manage customer support by responding to daily requests and prepare quotes.
  • Enter shipment data in system, prepare rates and invoices, run sales reports and maintain reports.
  • Process pick-up requests and enter data in system.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Hourly Range: $25.85 - $32.31/hourly

YOUR ROLE

Are you known for providing impeccable service? Are you passionate about managing transportation of goods and meeting the needs of high volume accounts? If so, we have an opportunity that would allow you to work with clients to establish detailed profiles and procedures that best serve their export process for our 3M Air EXPORT Division.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Oversee customer’s freight through tracing and tracking. Maintaincontact with the airlines, trucking companies and any agents that will be handling the freight to ensure shipper and consignees are aware of any problems.
  • Ensure service completion and provide proof of delivery.
  • Manage customer support by responding to and handling all daily customer service requests. Notify customers of any delays in shipping and dispatching points. Prepare and assist with quotes for customers.
  • Perform various data management tasks - enter shipment data in system; prepare rates and invoice House AirWay Bills; run sales reports, maintainandfile reports.
  • Process pick-up requestsand enter datain the system.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED; Two to three years related experience. Two to four years industry experience, preferred.
  • Skills: Intermediateproficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications. Accurate typing skills and/or data entry skills. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using units of U.S. currency, weight, volume and distance measurements.
  • Characteristics: Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine correspondence. Responds promptly and professionally to customer needs. Gathers and analyzes information skillfully.
  • CargoWise experience preferred.
  • Must be able to work onsite.
