Alpine Specialty Services is seeking an Air Duct Cleaning Technician to join our Mesa team. You will clean air ducts, dryer vents, and HVAC systems in homes and businesses using truck-mounted equipment, working in attics and crawl spaces, and showing before-and-after results to customers.

No prior HVAC experience is required as we train on the clock, with a clear ladder for advancing pay. The role offers base pay plus incentives, generous benefits, and opportunities to grow with the company.

Air Duct Cleaning Technician (HVAC Cleaning and Indoor Air Quality)

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour to start, based on experience, plus commission and performance incentives

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, day shift, year-round

Location: Our Mesa shop, serving homes and businesses across the Phoenix metro

Alpine Specialty Services has been cleaning homes since 1969 and has served the Phoenix metro from our Mesa shop since 2022. We're NADCA and IICRC certified, and we're looking for a hands-on technician to join our Arizona duct team.

This is a good fit if you like working with tools, staying active, solving problems, and leaving a customer happier than you found them. Experience in HVAC, construction, pest control, auto, delivery, or another trade helps, but it isn't required. We train you on the clock.

Pay and earning potential.

• Base pay starts at $20 - $25 an hour, depending on experience
• Commission and performance incentives on top of base
• Full-time technicians typically earn $45,000 - $60,000+ a year in total pay
• A clear technician ladder: as your skills and results grow, you move up to higher-paying levels
• Paid NADCA certification

What We're Looking For

• Mechanically inclined and eager to learn
• Comfortable working in attics and in Arizona heat
• Able to lift and carry up to 75 lb, climb ladders, and kneel or crouch for long stretches
• 21 or older with a valid driver's license and an insurable driving record
• On time, reliable, and proud of clean, careful work
