Job summary

DC Army National Guard is seeking qualified personnel to operate and maintain the Sentinel Radar system and related shelters, ensuring airspace awareness and interoperability with allied units.

You will collect battlefield data, evaluate intelligence, and provide early warning and engagement capabilities to deter aerial threats. This role requires military enlistment and full adherence to training and standards.

Qualifications

• Military enlistment in the Army National Guard.
• Must be between ages 17 and 35.
• Must be able to pass a physical exam and meet standards.
• Citizenship requirements per NATIONALGUARD.com.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Sentinel Radar system and shelters.
• Establish network interoperability with allied units.
• Collect and process battlefield information from multiple sensors.
• Provide airspace awareness and deconflict airspace.
• Evaluate intelligence data and report status during combat.
• Provide early warning and engage threats as needed.
