Key Responsibilities

• Mechanical Assembly: Build tube bundles, heat exchangers, fan assemblies, motors, pumps, and structural frameworks according to engineering specifications.
• Blueprint Reading: Interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and process instructions.
• Tool Operation: Safely operate pneumatic tools, power drills, rivet guns, hoists, or cranes.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished parts for alignment, correct fit, and defects, reporting missing or damaged components.
• Testing: Help perform basic pressure, rotary balance, or functional tests on completed cooling units.
• Safety & Maintenance: Follow strict OSHA and company safety rules, wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and keep work areas clean.
