Job summary

Martin Automotive Group is seeking a Service Technician at our Toyota Cleveland Heights dealership. Join an air-conditioned shop with supportive leadership and fair scheduling to help you succeed. You will diagnose and repair automotive systems while communicating clearly with customers and the Service Advisor.

Qualifications

Must have at least 2 years of experience in the automobile industry.
Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
Computer literate and able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
Valid driver’s license and manufacturer certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies.
Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and test drive vehicles.
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems.
Communicate with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional service needs and complete online multi-point inspections.
Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
