Job summary

Oneida Total Integrated Enterprises (OTIE) is seeking an Environmental Compliance Scientist (Air) to support federal projects in the Southwest Region (NV, AZ, NM) or relocation. A BS in environmental science/engineering and 5+ years of federal air compliance experience are required; US Citizenship is mandatory.

You will work with the Compliance Team on Title V, NESHAP reporting, AEIs, and permit actions, including audits and field verifications, with up to 30% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, environmental science, or related field.
• 5+ years of federal environmental compliance experience.
• Two+ years working knowledge of Clean Air Act and Title V compliance.

Responsibilities

• Focus on project execution as part of the Compliance Team.
• Maintain air emission inventories (AEIs) and potential to emit (PTE).
• Assist in permit applications and modifications for emissions sources and new rules.
