Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for moving air cargo within designated warehouse.
• Load and unload cargo from pallets and containers.
• Build up cargo for outbound flights.
• Facilitate the loading and unloading of cargo to and from semitrucks.
• May operate basic cargo handling equipment such as forklift.
• Check freight for proper piece count, weight, dimensions and documents.
• May transport cargo using a vehicle with depth perception.
• Engage in proper communication with ground crew during push-out.

Skills

Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language

Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends

Ability to judge distances

Ability to successfully communicate with others

Education

HS Diploma, GED or Equivalent
